Covid Recommendations

The conference will house 250 participants, to whom we provide the following recommendations :

• We highly recommend that all participants get tested for covid before coming to the conference. 
• Masks are no more mandatory but are still recommended in public transport and large meetings. It is highly recommended that participants wear a mask throughout the whole event. 
• People in contact with a positive case and after an infection MUST wear a mask during the following seven days. If you know you are a "contact case", please contact the organizers. You have to get tested two days after being in contact with a positive case.
•  In case of symptoms, please get in touch with the organizers and self-isolate yourself until getting tested.
• Positive people vaccinated have to self-isolate for 7 days (or five days if they can show a negative test and do not have symptoms during the last 2 days) and 10 days if they are not vaccinated.

Please note that the organizers disclaim all liability in the event of covid positive cases during the conference or afterwards and will not refund the registration fees in such cases.
